Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the most respected, honorable, and super talented player ever born in this beautiful country has announced his retirement today. A heartbreaking movement for all MSDians and for the whole country itself as India will not be having such a wonderful player playing for their country. In 2014 he announced his retirement from international cricket and today 15th August 2020 he announced his complete retirement from international cricket.
He announced this heartbreaking news from his Instagram handle where he portrayed his cricket journey in video slides with a beautiful background song “M pal do pal ka shayar hu”. Under his captainship, India won 3 ICC trophies 2007 T20 World Cup, World Cup in 2011, 2013 ICC Champions Trophy.

While all the players are known for their aggressiveness on the field but Mahendra Singh Dhoni is known for his calmness. He is also known as one of the best finishers in the world. We cannot forget about his last SIX that helps India in getting its world cup trophy after 28 years. People admire him, follow him and wants to be like him, He is an inspiration for many as a boy from a very small state who just have a dream in his eyes and talent in his nerves become the most successful captain of Indian Cricket Team.

There are some quality traits of Dhoni which even his haters cannot ignore is his self-esteem and his respect for the game. Even sometimes umpires look into Dhoni’s eyes to found his reaction before taking any tough call. This is a kind of respect he has gained in the whole world and makes himself as one of the most respected cricket captains in the world
